After changing the master cylinder, both rear wheel cylinders, front brake pads and bleeding the system twice my brake pedal still feels spongy and occasionally goes down to the floor.
What can I do to make my pedal hard?

make sure your master has all the air out of it, it shold have been bled prior to install and you probably still have air in system. make sure rear brakes are adjusted then try a power bleeder
