Can not get computer to read cam sensor. Will not fire. Have already changed sensor, computer, wiring harness and coil. Also a rebuilt motor.

What do you mean by "won't read the sensor"? You need to add a lot more detail. Did the engine run after it was rebuilt and this is a new problem? Was the engine just rebuilt and has never started? Was this a new or used camshaft position sensor? Are you aware of the need for a spacer on the end of it? Have you read the diagnostic fault codes? Do you know how to tell if the ASD relay is turning on? Do you have access to a scanner so you can view live data?
