1993 Plymouth Colt Repair Question

I have a 93 i just replaced the timing belt and water pump and it tries to start but won't what else could be wrong

We have changed timing belt around 5 times and still nothing

Is the valve and ignition timing correct?

we followed the diagram and even double checked

Did you put engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC and align cam and crankshafts as indicated in the repair manual-
