Oldsmobile Cutlass Fuel pressure Problem
Turns over has spark has injector pulse has 40psi fuel pressure and checked all fuses wont start? cannot find code detector to fit the car dont know if there are codes 3.1 what could it be?

Check the timing belt could have jumped or broken causing the valve and ignition timing to be offtrack
