93 oldsmobile cutlass ciera not starting

My car will not start. It acts like it wants to but doesn't. I have replaced the battery, fuel filter, air filter, and added more gas. What could be some things to look at?

These cars had a problem with the crankshaft angle sensor, but to be sure lets check for spark. this guide can help

mmmm, easy as take apart the crankshaft pulley or harmonic balancer pulley, clean it very well (shine metal), check the crankshaft oil seal for leaks, clean the crank sensor very well, (interior passages), your car will start again.
