After my car warms up it dies when I push in the clutch and it is in gear. I put a new fuel filter on and it did not help. What should I try?

Have the computer "scanned" for fault codes. You can buy your own scanner and clear the codes when the failed parts are replaced. There is a switch on the clutch pedal that feeds information to the computer.
