Frt or rear fan switch! Check rear switch with meter switch it is good. Bench tested fan motor it is good. Tested fan power lead it has 12v it is getting power. Tested resistor tri they are good. Open grd/ return ??? help.
if you tested the resistor, switch and motor and has a 12 volt feed, then it should work.
one of these is not working. my bet is the blower resistor. re check it.

Maximum speed does not go through the resistor. If the blower does not work at that mode,
1. Faulty switches. Set blower to rear for front switch and use the rear to control to see if it works in any speed.
2. A/C control module. At front switch for rear A/C blower control, ground the Black/White wire with a 10 A fused wire and test if the blower works.
