Car wont start

Replaced starter in 93 Mitsubishi still not starting every time tho sometimes when I hit it from underneath it will turn over

Check your battery ground connections. Loosen and retighten them on both ends. When connections are good, tapping on a starter usually indicates worn/stuck brushes. Check your wire connection from key on/to solenoid for clean and tight.
