car wont start

replaced starter in 93 Mitsubishi still not starting every time tho sometimes when i hit it from underneath it will turn over

check your battery ground connections. loosen and retighten them on both ends. when connections are good, tapping on a starter usually indicates worn/stuck brushes. check your wire connection from key on/to solenoid for clean and tight.
