Front passenger side shaking bad after fixing cv axle?

I changed my cv axle and it stopped its clicking noise, and jerking when I shift gears. But it started shaking really bad when I get over 45 mph & my brakes are vibrating when I step on them. What could be wrong? My alignment is pretty close, so it shouldnt be that causing it to.shake so terribly.
