car starts for about two seconds then dies. spark plugs were black, car hesitated upon acceleration, slight wetness of vacuum hose going to pressure regulator, however no gas out the tailpipe or black smoke, rough idle and sometimes dies especially when turning on accessories, this after recent head gasket replacement
