93 Mazda MPV van will not start - new battery and alternator. Could it be a relay switch?

Van was working flawlessly - and suddenly died w/o warning. I changed the alternator. Then it died again. I bought a new battery - ran great for one day and died. Recharged the battery - ran fine and then died. Fuses all looked good. Could there be a relay switch that needs to be changed?

Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?

Not sure - I was inside trying to start/crank the engine. This all took place 4 days priior to me moving from Hawaii back to Alabama -I ended up leaving the van there for him to repair/sell.
