Lexus ES Fuel pump Problem

I'm really not sure on milage but the car just stopped working when my daughter was on freeway .and it's been about a month now that it sits .this is what i no i put a new battary it cranks on but wont stay started but i was looking at the box under the hood and the relays and i don't see a relay for the fuel pump and before i noticed this there was a fuse blowen so i put a new one in and it blew right when i put it in there can all this problem be related and if i get that relay in there for the fuel pump u think that would of been the problem ? i need some kind of help on this .but like i said she was driving this car for a few days before it broke or if somebody took out that relay for the fuel pump how long after it was taken out would it work for ?

I need to know which fuse is blowing.

Don't change anything first without testing and confirming that it is faulty.
