What am I supposed to do if my car only cranks up when I press on the gas?
My car ran out gas two times in one week. My fuel gauge is broke and I was planning to get it fixed.When I put gas in it the first time after it stopped it was ok and was running just fine. So the second time it stopped and I put some gas in it, it would start but on start when I kept my foot on the gas and now I dont know what to do from here.

Do you have a check engine light?
Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve-and test the TPS sensor-also check fuel pressure with a gauge not an eyeball or thumb method check
