Jeep wont start

1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4.0 liter engine, it has no fuel pressure at the rail and doesnt start. Fuel pump and the relay have been changed out, what else could it be?

Do you hear the fuel pump come on? If so check the fuel pressure if its within specs and injectors are pulsing-

I do not hear the fuel pump kick on with the key in the on position. I am thinking I may have gotten a bad pump.

Check and test the ASD relay and the fuel pump relay
