My speedometer, odometer, power windows and turn signals just shut off

1993 Isuzu Rodeo. Everything was working just fine yesterday. When I began driving today I rolled down my window and was using my turn signal to make a turn. A moment later I went to use my turn signal again, and it wasn't responding. Also, my speedometer, odometer, RPM, gas, oil, and battery gauges etc. Were all on the needle. Not responding at all. I pulled the vehicle over to restart the car to see if that would help, and it did not. Now my window is stuck down and I have no idea how fast I'm going. Any suggestions?

The troublesome scenari you have described is also happening to me in my 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. I have yet to take it in somewhere for a diagnosis. Have you learned anything yet about your situation?
