1993 Infiniti J30 Headlighs going off

Lights turn off while driving. They dont get
dim they dont flicker they go completely
out. I parked the car let idle as I turned light
signal to its possions 1 at a time from off to
headlights to parking lights to off even high beam. It acted spuraticly

That is the switch that controls the high and low beam, turn signal.

What is the fix for this?
Is it the entire turn signal arm that
also controls headlights parking lights
& the highbeams. Or something else
is switch contacts just dirty can a cleaner
be used.

You need to remove the switch and check it. Also, there could be a wiring issue in the steering column.
