Car wont start replaced the fuel pump filter but still wont turn on how do I check the fuel relay switch

Do you have a testlight or DVOM?
How sure are you that it is the fuel pump that is causing the problem?

Use a fuel pressure gauge and read the fuel pressure when cranking and we'll go from there.
