1993 Honda Civic Repair Question

Would i need a whole new transmission for the zc swap?
I have a 93 civic DX 4dr, the timing belt snapped and the engine seized. i'm looking to replace the engine, would a zc be just a bolt on job? what would be simplest and cheapest?

no, changing motors is always a project. there are wiring harness changes, sensors, computers, trans missions, axles among other items.
the simple answer is no, it is not the easiest and the cheapist.
