i have a 93 honda accord lx got the water pump changed and replaced the timing belt at the same time before i changed the water pump the car started and ran just fine...my question is could the timing being off on my car cause it not to start.
Seems like after the water pump and timing belt was changes I've had trouble getting it to start.
