If its making a humming noise when switch is activated it means its working- most likely here is its clogged-up check from the pump motor to spray nozzle on windshield

clean the nozzles, and use low pressure air to blow back down the lines, often the impeller on these pumps just fail, they are simple to replace, to test, unplug the washer hose at the bonnet and see if you have good flow there.
