1993 GMC C1500 Repair Question

I have a 93 Gmc Sierra 1500 ext cab 2wd. it had a 4.3 v6 in it with the 700r tranny. i put a 350 4 bolt main and a turbo 400 tranny. every thing was working fine till i noticed a howling noise. i found out it was coming from the carrier bearing. the beari

need more detailed info on vibration, where is it felt and under what driving conditions?

it feels like its coming from the drive shaft when at take off and about 20miles per hr it gets worse and that is as fast as i drove it

check uni's, check tail shaft alignment and also for any signs of damage on the shaft, start here.

i figured it out. my slip yoke was bottoming out in my tranny so i moved the carrier bearing back some. and now now more vibration
