The driver’s side auto seat belt attachment does not move - it is stuck
in the rear position. We can hear the motor running in the interior panel.

Thank You for your reply-I guess my question was a little vague.
What I was really asking is:
What/How do you remove the rear seat panel?

Thanks Again
