Hi, I have a 93 ford taurus that has a big problem. When I start the car, the car just starts revving and hits the limiter. I replaced the Idle air control solenoid due to a fluctuating idle. After replacing is when the engine will just start into high revs. Could it be a bad throttle body or a big vacuum leak? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like a bad IAC or the throttle is sticking. Check to make sure the throttle plate is returning to the closed position. If it is, then the problem lies in the IAC or the TPS.
