hard start when its cold

i have problems with a 1993 ford pu/4.0v6 /w/autotrans&ac1 hard cold start only hits off of ether (fouls out plugs) if driven stumble idle ,will not communicate w/scanners otc genesis/3.0 scannerit has spark from all cyl on coil pack/new plugs

stumble idle fouls out plugs if driven
will not communicate with otc genesis scanners 3.0
getting spark from all cyl on coil pack
ihave new plugs ,new fuel filter, /air filter
injectors are firing
no vaccum leaks found

A large part of your question/description was cut off. I can't find a wiring schematic to see what wire in the diagnostic connector has power, so test them all with either a meter or a test light.
Also check the compression.
