It turns over, is getting fuel but has no spark at the plugs. Any idea how to tell what is causing the lack of spark? We checked and it's getting fuel,(new fuel pump 2 yrs ago), it just got a new starter and fly wheel 3 weeks ago. But its not getting spark. It turns over but doesn't start. Any ideas how to tell what the problem is? Its the 2.3L 1993 Ford Ranger
