It have a 5.8 ENGINE I try two scanner and nether would enter the E.C.M

Fuel pressure should be 30-45 psi engine running at idle.35-45 engine off key on. Check to make sure your ground is good at aldl an dpower as well. Make sure it's an OBD1 scanner.
