Ford F-150 Body Problem

I gave my truck a tune-up and now when I start it its missing and when I give it gas it is backfiring through the autobody what would cause this

Are you sure the plug wires are replaced properly? Double check that.

Did you have this problem before the tune-up? Do you think you might have got a spark plug wire in the wrong place?
