1993 f150 5.0 DTC code 41 HO2S reading lean, Replaced O2 sensor and still pops up, Fuel pressure is at 25-30 at the rail. Fuel filter changed and same.

First, codes never identify bad parts, just failed systems.

Fuel pressure is too low should be 40 to 45

look for vacuum leaks. Check pcv valve as well

Its got a new pcv and sprayed carb cleaner on all vacuums and even tried the soap trick and nothing
