Ford Crown Victoria Engine Problem
I have a Crown Victoria with the 4.6 ltr engine. The engine idle decreases and then increases and is more pronounced when there is no load on the engine. This occurs even when the engine is warm. What is the issue?

try cleaning throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner then check fuel pressure.
