93 dodge shadow, no oil pressure, already changed oil pump and all bearings, except#5 main, as it cant be done without removing the engine, car cas 20 pounds at idle, when u raise the idle, the pressure drops to zero

That sounds like a restricted pickup screen or the pickup tube is sucking air.

The screen is clear, and the tube is sealed, and in good condition

The only other thing I can think of is if the spring is broken in the pressure relief valve. We know volume has to go up when you increase engine speed and pressure should increase. Perhaps it's pushing the relief valve open and it's sticking. Had someone recently with a Toyota with low pressure. He installed a new pump, and it had the exact same symptoms. He found a retainer missing for the pressure relief valve in the new pump assembly.
