wont start or even light up dash lights

my 93 intrepid acts like the ignition switch is bad but this is not the problem can u help me please ps, all of the fuses are good the ignition switch is new the starter is new and battery is new but i have no power to the ignition

yes the headlights, horn, climate control,etc... just no problem lights

Check for battery voltage on the red wire to the ignition switch. If you have it there, measure the yellow wire when the switch is in the "crank" position.
