My car won't start or turnover. It makes 3 or 4 clicking sounds and that's it. I try to start again and nothing. I put a new battery in and had the starter checked, it's good. I have reset the anti-theft but I think it might have shut down the system. What do you think? Thanks

When the anti-theft is activated the engine will start and run for two seconds, then stall.

Which model do you have, the one that looks like a Dodge Dynasty or the one that looks like a Dodge Intrepid? How was the starter tested? When you get "three or four clicking sounds", is that one loud clunk each time you turn the ignition switch to "crank" or all at once and then no more sounds? What happens to the brightness of the head lights when you try to crank the engine?
