1993 Chrysler Concorde Turned Key On Off On Off On Several Different Ways

turned the key on off -on -off -on, several different ways
no check engine light at all, no code 55 nothing
car did not have much fuel pressure changed the filter, good now
it had fire changed spark plugs and battery cables now no fire or check engine light
read through countless blogs and forums. nothing on no check engine light not even code 55
tring to fix the car for a older lady with not much money
can any one please help
