HELP MY DELIVERY VAN WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OF 1ST GEAR!

I HAVE A 1991 CHEVY DELIVERY VAN THAT IS A G30 IT HAS THE VAN FRONT END AND THE 15' DELIVERY BOX ON THE BACK IT HAS DUEL REAR WHEELS IT HAS THE 5.7 350 AND THE 4L80E TRANNY IT DOES NOT SHIFT OUT OF 1ST GEAR AND THE SPEEDO DOESNT WORK I HAVE HAD THE TRANNY REBUILT THE TWO SPEED SENSORS REPLACED AND I HAVE PUT TWO OR THREE NEW COMPUTERS IN IT AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK PLEASE HELP IAM GOING NUTS OVER THIS ONE

Check the wiring to and from the vehicles speed sensor. Check the grounds, as well.

Check the nylon gear on the governor. It is common for GM transmissions when stuck in 1st gear to have a chewed up governor drive gear.
