My van quit while driving down the highway and will not restart 3.8L

I have fuel pressure & compression. I have no spark. I have tested the module and it tests good.On C & terminal on crank position sensor harness I have 7 volts not the 12 volts I am suppose to have with key on sensor disconnected. B circuit from ECU I am suppose to have 5 volts mine has .9 volts.
