When I parked my car for the winter it shifted fine. But now that I pulled it out to drive it again it won't shift out of 1st unless I let up off of the gas. If I hold the gas pedal down it won't shift.

What about manual shift 1-2-D? Maybe if you drive for awhile it will clear up? Did you check trans fluid level?

I've tried the manual and it seems to do the same thing. The fluids are all full.

Check your trans kickdown cable. Maybe trans fluid and filter change would help?

I know the end of the kickdown cable that is on the throttle body is good, and moves the cable. I just changed the fluid in July or August.

You could try disconnecting KD cable at throttle body and see what happens? See if has any effect?
