1993 Chevrolet Blazer fuel problem

i don,t think the 1993 blazer limited edtion v6 vortec motor is getting fuel and not sure if it has electric or mechanical when i pulled the fuel filter off and turned the motor over no gas came out of the line and i just put 10 gallons of gas in it can u help with this

have someone open tank and turn key on and listen if you can hear the pump. check fuel pressure also sometimes if you smack bottom of tank with palm of hand hard it will make pump work but no guarantee anf for how long either. if tbi it shold be 9-11 psi if port fuel 41-47 psi
