Just got engine washed now my Buick century vibrates more than it used to and sometimes won't speed up past 20 mph. Could it possibly be from the spark plugs or Battery getting wet?

Sounds like something got wet. You may have to start taking electrical connectors loose and using a blow dryer? Any applicable mil codes?

No, no MIL is on. I'm not sure what electrical connectors I can loosen without messing something up though.

To check for codes, you use a jumper wire between the A & B terminals at the datalink connector. Turn key just till dash lites come on, no further. The mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.

Also, check for blown fuses.
