BMW 318i Coolant Problem
What does it mean when white smoke comes out of the exhaust and Engine coolant spraying out of the overflow tank while the cap is tightend?

Leaking cylinder head gasket. Your mechanic can do a chemical test at the reservoir or radiator cap to verify that.
