oil consumption

my car burns oil it come to half of gauze. i use castrolhigh mileage with abro oil treatment. now i see a trail of bluish white smoke when i suddenly accerate like when overtaking or uphill. water in radiator is same.spark plugs show only little like trace of oil in cylinder 2 and 4. can it be piston ring, damaged cylinder or valve stem seals??? car runs, no loss of power only smoke when doing effort

It could be any of the items you mentioned. Have you checked compression both wet and dry? As far as valve seals, they can do what you described, but usually, you will get a puff of blue smoke when you start it after sitting for a few hours.
