Toyota Corolla Compression Problem
MILEAGE IS IN KMS.
Smells like fuel is in the oil. Struggles to go up hills, even if foot is to the floor. Speed wont go past 100km/h.

It ssounds like there is little or no compression and the fuel is getting past the rings. The other option is that the injectors are leaking and flooding the cylinders. If you don't smell gas, start with getting the compression tested.
