92 Celica ST183 engine.
Timing belt snaped on the highway doing around 65mph.
To begin repairs we tried to check the ECU for any stored faults but we get no check engine light after turning the key to the 2nd position.
The timing belt has been replaced along with the sensor and other relevant pulleys.
The engine cranks but there is no spark at the sparkplugs.
Could someone please shine some light on this issue. Im running out of ideas for troubleshooting.
Thanks in advance.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
