Pretty simple set up on that one on the back side of the throttle body injection you have a line going to your map sensor your egr solenoid and canister purge solenoid under the intake manifold. The egr solenoid is under your air box assembly. You also have a vacuum line coming from your intake manifold to your pcv the most common thing I have seen is the hose from the intake manifold to the pcv. Then second most common is the hose from the back of the throttle body injection to the map sensor. Then a warped vacuum plate where all the vacuum hoses come off the back of the throttle body injection. Also inspect all the bolts for being loose on the top of the throttle body injection. Let me know what you find.

Just to follow this up. After replacing what I thought was every vacuum hose on the car I noticed behind the passenger side headlight under the hood a canister with two hoses running towards the back of the engine. When I finally got to them to inspect they were extremely dry-rotted. I replaced them and that seemed to fix my idle problem. Thank u saturntech9 for ur help.

Your welcome thats what were here for sorry forgot to mention the hoses by the headlight I got all the other ones though. Did you tighten all the bolts on the top of the throttle body? That helps smooth out the idle also on those cars.
