When I first start my car for the day, it will idle at about 2.5 rpm for about 5 minutes the it goes to normal. But when I go to take off it has no power. The no power and idling started at the same time. The no power will happen off and on while I am driving..

I can't see anything from here, all I can do is make suggestions. #1, how long since a tune-up? #2, check for applicable trouble codes? #3, if idle issues, clean the throttle-body and idle air control. That should get you started.
