Plymouth Voyager Fuse Problem

The radio and overhead console have lost power to .not sure which fuses to check , or are they controlled by the bcm?I know there are two sensors located in front of the radiator I one above the other.I think one is for outside temp and the other is for the compass.on the console it is a multi function, where would it receive mpg info, from the bcm? Thanks for help. check all fuses with a test light to verify power.

it looks like the ecm controls this system. no showing of a bcm controls.

it sounds more like a power source is missing.

start with all fuses being verified.
