i have a 92 ply van with van shut off the turn signals front and rear blink?

suspect faulty Hazard switch stuck in on position

i remove a what looked like a hazard switch that i could feel clicking and stopped the blinking lights and now the power door locks dont work but everthing else does, couldnt find switch at auto parts stores will check with dealer monday.
