1992 Plymouth Laser Repair Question

Plymouth Laser Bell housing Problem

My car is the 1992 plymouth laser rs turbo 2L DOHC its manual as well. my problem is that the transmission is hard to get into first gear but all the others are easy to get into. what could be causing this? is there a cable adjuster behind the cluth pedal? PLEASE HELP!

check at the trans bell housing for the adjustment. it may just need to be adjusted or at worse, a bad clutch
