I nearly ran the ute out of fuel. Been sitting for 4 months and when I went to start it it wouldn't start. I put more fuel I (1/4 tank), Changed fuel filter and now it starts and idles fine but when I go to rev the engine it dies. All new spark plugs, cables, air filter. Some fuel lines are "crazed". Is it dirt in the carbi, need new fuel lines?

If it is carburetted, then it most probably is the carburettor that is at fault. You would need to have it serviced or cleaned as some passages within could be clogged.

Some fuel cleaner might help but you would need to run it for a period of time to get it working correctly if it is going to work.
