1992 Lincoln Town Car Repair Question

Lincoln Town Car Starter Problem
Removed top and bottom bolt from starter of 1992 Lincoln Towncar. The starter does not come out. Is there a third bolt around the back side of the starter or could the gears be engaged and tight and not letting it come out?

someitmes they stick in position, just get it a tap with a hammer on body and hold with hand it should come loose there are some with 3 ears but that owoould be on the side an deasily seen
