I have a 1992 lexus sc 400. it is running rich, can smell gas and gas gauge confirms it is using extreme amount of gas. it has had a major tune up, new catalytic converters, O2 sensors, and rebuilt ECM, and transmission flush. still same problem.

Have had two mechanics on this and hand held analysis done. still, no answers.
